THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE KINGDOM CENTER

Hey, Kingdom family! Thank you so much for taking just a moment today. I pray that you're experiencing the presence of the Lord right there where you are and that in the midst of it all, you're finding a reason to give God the praise.

It's no secret that our city has experienced its fair share of challenges since mid-March, and it seems that those challenges are not yet at an end.

This week, our local government officials have mandated additional shutdowns due to covid-19. I believe it's important that we communicate what we will be doing as a church family. Once again, I want you to know these decisions are not easy. And as a leadership group, we do not take them lightly. Our heart is to serve you and your family to the very best of our ability, even during difficult seasons.

As of this Sunday, November 22nd, we will be conducting both in-person and online services. Our 10:30AM service will be MASK MANDATORY for all participants and our 12:30P service will continue to be MASK OPTIONAL.
We will be creating more space with the removal of seating to make more room for your family to safely distance in both services. Kingdom Kids will be adding additional measures as well, and every kid will receive a temperature check and hand santizer before entering.

I want you to hear my heart on this. I want each of you to do what you believe is best for you and your family at this time. I think it's important for each of us to grace one another and make room for one another during this season. I, however, feel a great sense of responsibility to leave the light on for those who are broken and hurting and desire to be in the presence of God.

If you and your family will not be joining us for in-person services, I want to encourage you strongly to tune in to live stream during service times. Community is so vital. We need the strength and accountability that only community offers. I want you to join in and commment, invite others to do the same and open your heart to receive what you need from the presence of the Lord right there in your home.

I know that the enemy is working overtime in minds and in bodies and families, marriages and even finances. But I will remind you that the grace of God much more abounds. God is at work with greater force, greater effectiveness. And I believe that before we shut the books on 2020 that we're going to see the goodness of our God on display. I love you. To those that I haven't seen since mid-March, I want you to know how desperately I miss you. I look forward to worshiping with you, whether in person or online this weekend.

Pastor Steph and I are covering you and your family in prayer each day that you will not be overcome by fear and doubt, but that you will be overwhelmed by His glory. God bless you.
