July is here, and it is time to get Holy Fit. Prayer is not extra; it is the lifeline that keeps our hearts connected to God. Before we build strength in public, we have to build connection in private. Today is not about sounding spiritual, checking a box, or trying to impress anyone. It is about giving God the first and best attention of your heart. Set aside your 20 minutes, silence the noise, and begin with honesty. Tell the Father where you are, what you need, and what you are believing Him to do. The Kingdom Center family is stepping into this together. We are training our spirits, strengthening our homes, and becoming GodStrong one prayer at a time.

- 5 minutes: Worship and thank God for who He is.
- 5 minutes: Read today’s Scripture slowly and listen.
- 5 minutes: Pray today’s focus over your life, family, and The Kingdom Center.
- 5 minutes: Surrender the day and ask God to make you #GodStrong.
Prayer: Father, help me get Holy Fit today. Strengthen my spirit, shape my heart, and teach me to walk with You in prayer. Make my home, my church, and my life stronger in You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
