Mexican Stuffed Shells

1 box Stuffed Shells
2 can rotel
2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 pkg cream cheese
1 bag shredded cheese
1 bag cheese Doritos

2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 bag shredded cheese
1 bag doritos chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil shells until soft. Drain and set aside to cool.
Cook meat, add taco seasoning and drain well. Put back on stovetop and add cream cheese to meat. Let soften and mix well. Stuff shells with meat and cream cheese mixture. Place in glass baking dish. Pour cans of Rotel over stuffed shells. Cover and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until hot. Remove from oven and cover stuffed shells with crushed Doritos, then cover with shredded cheese and put back in oven until cheese is fully melted Serve hot.

3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Quick & Easy!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease a muffin pan or line it with muffin liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree until well blended. The batter will be very thick!

Fold in one or more cups of chocolate chips to the batter.
Evenly distribute the batter into your muffin pan (each cup should be about 3/4 full). Add more chocolate chips on top if you would like. Why not, right?

 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (if you are making mini muffins, you will probably need to cut the baking time in half).
