
Chicken Spaghetti
Sandy Harrison's Own Recipe
3 cups cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velvet cheese, cut up
1 lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked in broth
1 cup chicken broth
1 can rotel
Heat oven to 350°. Sauté pepper and onion in oil; add 1 cup of broth; simmer until tender. Remove and add soups and rotel. Combine chicken, spaghetti, salt, pepper, cheese and soup mixture, mixing well. Bake in large dish at 375° for 30 minutes.
Banana Pudding
1 large box vanilla pudding
1 box small vanilla pudding
1 large cool whip
6 bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
Mix pudding as directed. Fold in Cool Whip, Layer in dish wth wafers, bananas and pudding. Should make 3 - 4 layers.
