Online for August

Hello TKC Family –

Words fail to express just how much Pastor Stephanie and I miss you and your family.  I am reminded of the old saying “distance makes the heart grow fonder”, but I am definitely over the distance.  I firmly believe that it is important that we get back to in-person services as soon as we can, but I also believe that we need to do it in the safest way possible.

We have seen a spike in COVID-19 cases in Louisville, as well as additional restrictions from our Kentucky state leadership.  With these things, as well as the safety of you and your family in mind, we will not resume in-person services until Wednesday, September2, 2020.  We have rescheduled the Unbecoming Me Ladies conference to November 6th & 7th to give us the best opportunity to have the event and to do it as safely as possible.

We are in a season where the only constant seems to be change.  Each day brings a new set of challenges to our families.  With all of the changes and challenges, it is so vital that you and your family continue to stay connected through our online services.  Distance can make you feel alone and vulnerable in a time like this.  Now is the time we need the strength of community more than ever.

I want to thank you for remaining pliable and responsive as we work through this season.  These decisions are very difficult, and I do not take them lightly.  My heart is to minister to you and your family in the most effective way possible so that you would be strengthened and encouraged.  I love you and I am lifting you up in prayer daily.  This too shall pass, and I look forward to seeing you again in-person soon.  Until then, I’ll see you ONLINE Sunday mornings at 10:30am and Wednesday nights at 7:00pm.

God Bless You!

Pastor Ronnie Harrison
