The question is “What will you do?” “How will you respond?” I can testify first hand how this Word has altered the course of my life, and my family. It was March of 1998 that I first came in contact with the revelation of Resurrection Seed. I remember how deeply it affected me then, and what an important role it has played in my life ever since. I heard for the first time how God sowed His Son in the fertile soil of Passover that He might reap a “family.” Christ was not just any seed; He was a BEST seed, a sacrificial seed. I remember hearing how “this one time a year” we were going to move well beyond the 10% we normally gave….and give it all, one weeks salary.
I recall how excited that Stephanie and I were to be a part our first Resurrection Seed! We both got extra jobs to put our hands on the offering that God had spoken to us to give. We had never sown a one-time gift of $1000 dollars, but we were determined to step into the greatest faith of our lives! That first Easter offering gave way to miracles…and those miracles have never stopped. Since then our faith has grown to sow much more than one weeks income, but Resurrection Seed is about much more than the SEED…it is about the HARVEST!

I don’t think it is an accident that Jesus begins with 100 fold and works down to 30. Often when we quote this Scripture we quote it starting with the lowest denominator, and yet Jesus started with the highest. I believe He did that because His desire is that each of us reap a 100 fold harvest!
There is a lifetime of difference between a 30 fold harvest and a 100 fold harvest. It is as vast a difference as the Outer Court of the Tabernacle and the Holy of Holies…and yet Jesus begins here!
His expectation was that in hearing His Word we would naturally respond in a way that would unlock the harvest of a lifetime! His expectation was that with the key of His Word, along with our obedience, that we would open the door to His overwhelming abundance. Your 100 fold harvest is waiting!
It isn’t God’s nature to HIDE things FROM us, but rather He hides things FOR us for a chosen time and season. He makes it very clear that He desires for you and I to live the fullest expression of His purpose for our lives…and He has given us His Word as a key that has the power to open a 100 fold harvest in our lives!
It is our responsibility to decide what kind of HEARERS we are going to be. There is a vast difference between someone who HEARS and someone who LISTENS. There are many hearers who fail to reap a harvest simply because they refused to RESPOND.
This Resurrection Season I urge you to HEAR His Word, to acknowledge that it is His Word, and to respond in faith. As you sow sacrificially this Easter, you are unlocking the harvest that He gave His life for… a 100 fold harvest!
