Getting Holy Fit starts in the secret place. Jesus warned us not to turn prayer into a performance, because the goal of prayer is not to be noticed by people. The goal is to be with the Father. That should take pressure off your shoulders today. You do not have to pray polished prayers. You do not have to have perfect words. You simply need an honest heart to seek the Lord and a set-apart place. Private prayer builds public strength, because what God forms in secret will hold you steady when life gets loud. Today, choose a place where you can meet with Him. Shut the door, take a breath, and let your 20 minutes become a holy appointment. This is how The Kingdom Center gets GodStrong together.

- 5 minutes: Worship and thank God for who He is.
- 5 minutes: Read today’s Scripture slowly and listen.
- 5 minutes: Pray today’s focus over your life, family, and The Kingdom Center.
- 5 minutes: Surrender the day and ask God to make you #GodStrong.
Prayer: Father, help me get Holy Fit today. Strengthen my spirit, shape my heart, and teach me to walk with You in prayer. Make my home, my church, and my life stronger in You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
